Client release agreement

IMAGES & OWNERSHIP:  

All images from the photography session are wholly owned by LENNY.  Upon final payment* by the Client, the Client has co-ownership of the resulting images, which may not be sold without express written permission of LENNY. The Client may make prints for personal and professional use and sharing, as well as use for their personal blogs, sites, and social networks. The Client must obtain written permission from, and compensate LENNY prior to the Client, or the Client’s friends/relatives publishing or selling the images for profit.

MODEL RELEASE:  

The Client & Subject hereby grants to LENNY and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Client & Subject, or in which the Client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same; and to copyright the same. The Client hereby releases LENNY and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

SHARING & SOCIAL MEDIA:  

When posting any of LENNY’s photographs on any Publication or form of Social Media, all editing must be done specifically by LENNY unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with the Client in writing. The Client must always give proper credit when posting on Social Media by linking to LENNY’s website, Facebook pagand/or Instagram account in the description box/caption of each photo posted.
